Welcome to Keys And Strings Music School! By using our website and enrolling in our music classes, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

    Keys And Strings Music School offers personalized music education services, including one-on-one lessons, workshops, and events. These terms apply to all users of our website and students enrolled in our classes.
  2. Eligibility
    Our services are available to individuals of all ages. Minors must have consent from a parent or guardian to participate in our classes.

2. Fees and Payment

  1. Tuition Fees
    Tuition fees for our music classes are set at ₹3,000 per month. Fees are payable within the first week of each month, and classes will not commence until full payment is received.
  2. Admission Fees
    Admission fees are non-refundable and must be paid upon enrollment.

3. Refund Policy

  1. No Refunds
  • Fees are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the monthly tuition fees were paid before the beginning of the month and not a single class was taken. If any class has been conducted, no refund will be provided for that month’s fees.

    Admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Missed Classes
  • If a student misses a class, we will offer an alternate date to make up for the missed lesson.
  • If the student misses the rescheduled class, the class is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled again.
  1. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
  • If a student needs to cancel a class, they must provide at least 8 hours’ notice before the scheduled class time.
  • Failure to provide 8 hours’ notice will result in the class being forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

5. Rescheduling and Holidays

  1. Optional Progress Reviews
    We conduct optional progress reviews during the fifth week of certain months. If the student opts out of the review, that day will be considered a holiday, and no regular class will be scheduled.
  2. Holidays
    Scheduled holidays and breaks are included in our academic calendar, which we provide to all students at the beginning of the term.

6. Code of Conduct

  1. Respectful Environment
    All students and instructors are expected to contribute to a positive and respectful learning environment. Any form of disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination from our program without refund.
  2. Commitment to Learning
    Students are expected to attend classes regularly, participate actively, and commit to their music education journey.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a safe and effective learning environment. However, [Music School Name] will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from your use of our services.

8. Changes to Terms
